Great for checking out where you can eat and stay, and what you can do. It isn't perfect, but it gives you a good indication of what's good and what isn't. We always find it more useful to read the negative reviews.

Invaluable when you're in a hotel where no-one speaks English. You type. They type. It's fab. Nothing better when you're trying to arrange for mail to be delivered to a Malaysian hotel where the guy on reception only speaks Burmese... Our daughters even used it to 'talk' to a young Russian girl in a hostel in Moscow.
